Naturopathic and East Asian medical service prices depend on the medical complexity of each visit as well as units of care allotted per insurance plans. Please call your plan for benefits information and Gaia Med for further clarification as you need.

Insurances Accepted for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:

Regence, Premera, Life Wise, First Choice, Washington L&I, Kaiser HMO for acupuncture only, Kaiser PPO for naturopathic medicine

L&I acupuncture - only approved lumbar or low back pain conditions are covered with referral from attending provider

Starting September 1, 2021, we will no longer be accepting Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Molina Healthcare, Medicaid, or Centene Ambetter insurances.

For out-of-network services, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request for patients to submit to insurance plans for reimbursement.
